Bright Futures en la Familia

 

Young Parents Network provides early childhood/family support home visits, and group meetings for the growing Hispanic population in the Linn County area. These services offer a bilingual staff person who will help families access resources and opportunities to become an integral part of the community in which they live, work, and attend school.

 

Earning Points for the We Care Shop

 

All Hispanic participants earn points for the We Care Shop to spend on items provided. The We Care Shop is a collaborative community outreach project which benefits participants of all programs of the Young Parents Network.
