About Home Visits
Families receive individualized home visits from a certified parent educator/family support worker using the 'Born to Learn' curriculum from Parents as Teachers as a foundation.

Family support is provided to assist families in accessing community services that will help reach personal goals and increase self-sufficiency skills.
Earning Points for the We Care Shop
All home visit participants earn points for the We Care Shop to spend on items provided. The We Care Shop is a collaborative community outreach project which benefits participants of all programs of the Young Parents Network.
